I once received one telling me I won 12 million bucks on a lottery I never paid for, and the "so called President" of the institution that was going to give me US$ 12'000,000, had a hotmail address.  All ask absolute secrecy...Hey, if somebody gives you a lot of money, the last thing they will want is you to keep silent instead of making them propaganda. I know.. it does amaze me that people fall for those kinds of things.  Then again ...idiots and dreamers do exist and are always looking for a way to get a quick buck.  You figure you sent off a million of those things.. and all you get are  4 or 5 people..  you just got YOUR retirement and savings set up.. 4 or 5 times over.  Oh well... not much sympathy for those that fall for it... except for when you hear about older folks, who probably are bit more trusting.. and a world less cynical than most today.  I had a email the other day, supposedly from a lawyer telling me they needed to get in contact with me to settle an estate.  To be honest.. my parents could be dead now and I wouldn't know it since I haven't spoken to either in years... but the email went right into the delete bin.  Seriously... if someone could get my email address.. they damn sure could get my cellphone address and call me. I'm a lifer at my job and not hard to find if someone really wanted or needed to.

Yeah, I got one from an Australian camel farm owner who thought a male camel writing reviews for a music website would enhance the gene pool in that camel farm. I turned her down because I prefer my life in Mecca (the bingo halls).
