Coffee really is gross, I don't understand why society has embraced it so strongly. There are much more efficient methods of caffeine delivery if you want to be heavily addicted to caffeine for the rest of your life.

I just lost the link (it had profanity in the URL anyway), but I just read a post by someone who said that his Freshman year of college his friend's girlfriend caught him masturbating to one of the girls on The Price is Right. While I don't understand the thought process for that, I can't imagine the agony he must have suffered. 

This is surprisingly disturbing.

I've spent most of tonight doing research on acquiring a large exotic lizard as a pet.  I've originally been leaning towards a monitor lizard (maybe a Savannah or a Black Throat) because they're huge and awesome, though I've also been looking at tegus, who don't usually get to the size of most larger monitors (3.5-4 feet max) but are omnivores and are supposed to be not only more docile but also more friendly, attention-seeking and fond of their owners.  If I could raise a tegu to be the size of an adult monitor that would be sick.
