Hm, I don't listen to prog with non-English vocals that often, but I have the cd Les Nouveaux Mondes by the French Art Rock group Nemo and that one is truly recommendable I think

for the Italian ones some great choices.

love the PFM album, and Felona e Sorona is a fabulous album.  Have sent Sospesi Nell 'Incredible to some friends, both proggies and non, and have gotten 100% glowing feedback on it.  Great song great album.

do need to check out Ange though, one that has slipped through the cracks for me.
