ghandi_2. I only play Medic because I am bad at aiming Q_Q

And HL2 is way too easy on Normal with the way I am breezing through it and I have not played a shooter in years.

if you own a sodastream i hate you

HlL2 was a pretty easy game, yeah.  I'm not even sure the difficulties made a difference.

HL2's mechanics don't hold up.
Especially that horrible boat sequence.

The boat was bad when the game first came out.

Oh come on. Just Google it. If you can't risk $2.50 because you don't know if you'll like a game, I just can't help you.

Anyone else here ever play Sanctum?

So my mate is having issues with Skyrim on PS3.  It's freezing on him and even did it at a loading screen.

More like $20 or $30 (at least for the ones I saw that one time) so yeah.

Well, I got Orcs Must Die for $3.75 and Sanctum for $2.50 and Limbo for $2.50 and Serious Sam for $2 and so on and so forth. I always grab at the good deals.

Just wait for their weekend deals, Brian.  They usually have half price or better deals on.

Not necessarily the games you want though but there's still some good ones on there.  Older games as well are usually cheaper.

Oh and Brian, you could also install Steam and try out Terraria.  It's pretty cheap at £5.99.  It's akin to Minecraft only it looks more like a platformer.

I've splurged on a few games via Steam.  However, they're the only two games I've ever bought and downloaded via Steam, so I've not really spent all that much.

Colin, Vampire: The Masquerade is £14.99 currently.  Did you get it when it was on offer?

Oh and apparently I have one day left to download Brink for free.  I have no idea what that game is to be honest...

Brink is bad.
It isn't even worth getting for free. LOL

I presumed that was the reason it was free, so I didn't bother.  Looking at the Achievements on offer, it looks like a game I wouldn't like.

I must have missed it.  Damn!

I presume that was in the UK as well as Canada and America?

Probably, although I suspect UK prices are generally higher because Valve doesn't give a sh*t about currency conversions

That game requires some annoying tweaking to make work on 64 bit Windows

I'm on 32 bit XP.

I gather it needs the community patch though to be properly playable?

Are you enjoying it though?  I've heard a lot of good reviews about it.
