Sagi, I think a few people have dug out that `Wallenstein - Blitzkrieg' album lately - it was mentioned on one of the polls, and I think it's been doing the rounds!
I'm on to their `Cosmic Century' next, had it for years but never actually listened to it! I wonder how it sounds compared to `Blitzkrieg'?

Yep, actually I pretty much forgot about it and hadn't listened to it for quite a while, until that recent poll came along. I must have listened to it more than five times these past few days. I'm a sucka for that guitar!! Never thought about getting another one though . I'm sure I'll fix that very soon. Tell me how that Cosmic Century works for ya.

Will do!
I was exactly the same, when I saw that poll, I thought `Hmm, pretty sure I've got a Wallenstein album....', went and searched and came across my ratty old LP version called `Lunatics', same album just different cover and title. Oh man, you're right, that freaking guitar just never ends! The waves of Mellotron splashed all over it seals the deal ever more! Vocals are OK as well, even more of a bonus!

Polymorphia - Udu Wudu, what a stunner!! That maddening bass, the grumbled heavy vocals on the `Da Futura'....great album!

Glad both you and Sagichim love `Udu Wudu so much! It was the first Magma album I heard, and I had NEVER heard anything like it! I recall discussing it on some poll a month or so back and describing it as sounding like a `seance conducted by aliens' or something lol!
Funny, MDK is one of my least favourite Magma albums, but it's still damn good. I've just always preferred `Kohntarkoz, `Udu Wudu', `Wurdah Itah', `K.A' etc better than it. The earlier jazzier albums are fascinating as well.
Poly, have you seen the live DVD volume `Magma - Mythes Et Legendes: Volume 2'? They perform `De Futura' live on that, and it starts off in a dirty, plodding and slow manner, really sinister! The `cult' like nature of the band and choral singers really is unnerving and mysterious! Check it out!

Wolfhound, both great Anekdoten albums, I especially give `A Time Of Day' a spin all the time too! Everything came together on that one - terrific arrangements, moody atmosphere and their best ever vocals as well.
