I really want to say Andromeda but when you can see the Milky Way "edge-on" (as it where) with the naked eye it's just stunning, (the other two you need specialist equipment to see), then I'm picking that.
Untill the Andromeda galaxy crashes into us in 3.75 billion years time anyway.

...or 40 billion vs 400 billion vs 1000 billion
However it is not the number of stars that is important, but the mass - Andromeda and The Milky Way have approximately equal mass and will affect each other more or less equally - Triangulum is 200 times smaller and will be swatted like a fly by one of the others.

It makes me want to sing "Astronomy Domine" with new lyrics: "
Lime and limpid green / a second scene,
A fight between the blue / you once knew.
Floating down the sound surrounds
Milky Way, Andromeda and Triangulum, Neptune, Titan
Stars can frighten".
