Has something been changed on the album search feature on PA? I seem to recall that earlier you could see your own rating of albums and change them (the stars). Now there's only the average numbers that show up.

Is this a deliberate change or am I missing something?

Strange. I thought maybe it was a log in issue (forum login and site login are independent), but I found no difference between being logged on and not. The personal ratings still display on band and album pages, just not lists.  I have no idea why.

Just out of curiosity, how did you capture the "before" image?

I think you have to be logged in the main page...

MS Paint, but I remembered that I could find a cached version, so here you can see what the page looked like on August 15: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:http://www.progarchives.com/top-prog-albums.asp?salbumtypes=1

As you can see, the ratings were there back then.

I am and the ratings works fine when I visit the page of an album directly. Also, when viewing the link above in Incognito mode, where you're not logged in, the stars are still there.

They seem to have disappeared sometime in the last two months.

Anyone from the site staff that would like to weigh in on this?

Still no change, and there's two threads on the subject. A real shame, as a relative newbie to the site I think it was one of the best parts of coming here, being able to filter the Top Albums pages and easily find albums I haven't listened to yet.

Hopefully its something that can be fixed. I'd even have a go at solving it myself if I could!
