Tangerine Dream: "Zeit", "Alpha Centauri" and "Atem". The scariest music in the history of the world. In fact,a lot of TD's music is rather creepy, many people can't stand it for that reason alone. Chickens.

As a fellow European I'm with you 100% on that,Oliver! But perhaps I shouldn't say that since now my head will no doubt be chewed off by all the Americans here, coming out in irate unity against perceived European snobbery.

Steady on sigod. Halloween is just a bit of fun, ok.

The St Winifreds School Choir are nothing short of evil. This is an 18 rated thread. Not a xxx splatter movie, horror, gore fest.

Theres nothing snobby, IMO, about not wanting kids knocking at your door demanding treats and threatening you with a 'trick' if you fail to deliver.

Where I come from a trick could mean anything from a kick in the nuts, to a brick through your window  Maybe I exagerate a little. Last Halloween I made the mistake of opening the door to some little darlings. The oldest was probably 15!! 'Trick or treat?' he said menacingly. Jovially, and trying to be in the spirit of things I dropped a load of sweets and mini chocolate bars into their bag. They just stood there for a moment, looking a bit dissapointed.

'You couldn't give us some money instead could you, mate? Or a few tinnies' The oldest asked. I said no firmly and closed the door. I waited for the storm, and although it never came I felt quite intimidated.

Both KLUSTER albums, and also almost every piece recorded by UNIVERS ZERO.

Frightening from an eerie point of view - everything recorded by ART ZOYD.

Frightening from a pompous point of view - TANGERINE DREAM's 'Inferno'
