Ram gets my vote. It's the quirkiest and most sonically inventive of the four, although my favourite individual track from the four albums is Give Me Love from LITMW.
'Like so many of you
I've got my doubts about how much to contribute
to the already rich among us...'

Robert Wyatt, Gloria Gloom

Imagine - John's masterpiece, and head and shoulders above the rest.
Is it any wonder that the monkey's confused?

I haven't listened to these albums often enough (and not at all to Ringo's). Of course Imagine has these deservedly legendary tunes, but other than that I don't find that much in it. I'd think there's more interesting to be found in Material World and particularly Ram, which gets my vote.
