Today is Bandcamp Friday again, after several months. Which releases are you going to buy? You can use this chart for inspiration, it contains only prog releases which are available on Bandcamp:

^ Fixed. Sorry about that, I modified the chart so that I (and other registered AP users) can filter for releases they do not already own, that caused a small disruption.

New Ghost just released their debut album, which is some pretty awesome dream prog pop (or something like that). Definitely worth checking out.

Hi, Stuff like this reminds me of RASPUTIN RECORDS in Berkeley when I visited it in the early 80's ... they had 2 HUGE stores, the jazz and classical a couple of blocks down the road, but when you went in the store, it was a Pacific Ocean of albums from here to eternity. And yeah, I ended up just perusing some letters and got some fine things ... Streetwalkers Live ... Chappo Hyenas Only Laugh For Fun, and probably something else I can not remember now. I had enjoyed Family right from the start (Good News, Bad News) and then enjoyed Streetwalkers a lot ... and still play that live album that probably deserves more attention ... the material in it is actually better than the 2 previous albums the stuff came from. But having a list ... guess what ... I did that once ... and had a lit of about 100 things I wanted before I went to MOBY DISK (in Van Nuys at the time), because they were about IMPORTS only and the choices were insane ... you could easily get all of TD and KS ... and just about anything that was French and Italian and German ... I never got to the list!!! I ended up with a new KS and the Monty Python Bok ... where Guy Guden (roomate at the time) got beatled ... he wanted one of the books, but one without the smudge in the cover !!!!! Beatled really good. I don't know how I choose things ... sometimes I go here, there, somewhere to look for something or other and endup coming home with something else ... As you get older, the list thing is funny, because we kinda do not live by a list ... we just go minute by minute and many times you go ... what am I coming to the kitchen for? A list would probably look like a foreign language we would not be able to read!!!!

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!
