Sailing the Seas of Cheese please. I saw them on this tour opening for Rush. Tommy the Cat and Jerry Was A Race Car Driver are two excellent, but weird songs on a good album.

Wow, I never foresaw this one being such a tough choice. I need time to think this over. I’ll be back later. I have five I’m going between.... 🤪

Moving Waves, without doubt.
I'm amazed that the winner is winning. I loathe the pretentious, overblown pile of wombat poo.

I only know the albums by Jade Warrior, Nektar & YES in this poll. Normally, I'd vote for YES, but they have enough well-deserved votes already, so I'll go with Nektar this time around, even though my vote is just a drop in the Topographic Ocean of prog.

Weird, it seems I already voted, but I hardly ever vote without commenting, and there are several albums I love in this list. Maybe I made a poor joke and decided not to post.
I would guess that I voted for Cardiacs - On Land and in the Sea, which has been a particular favourite Cardiacs album. Neutral Milk Hotel's In the Aeroplane Over the Sea is another fave and very nice to see it in the list, and I really like Brainticket's Celestial Ocean. Moving Waves would have got my vote at one time, but I haven't listened to much Focus since the mid 2000s. As for other: I also like High Tide a lot (first two), and well, I'm sure there must be lots in my collection that could fit. Prog-related to me, but one that does spring quickly to mind is Pram's Sargasso Sea, because I have been very into Pram quite recently. Very good poll. Edited by Logan - February 14 2021 at 16:27 |

I can recall Sea Son by Secret Oyster - even though it is not a favourite of mine. I'm absolutely not a fan of the Yes double album...

Rushfan4 is not only a Rush fan but also apparently an archaeologist. Even I forgot about this poll.

Mediterranean doesn't necessarily mean the sea it could be the countries bordering it so I'm going to have to say no.
