it was a much needed upgrade from messy emo hair-over-my-eyes style to sharp young lad style
next up I think I'll finally reduce my beard back to sideburns again, which I've been considering for a while now

if it's not a strapping young lad style, what good is it.

and I like sideburns, mostly because I have a fat face and some vertical contours help distract from that about 2%.
ah yes, bald on top and greasy dreads on the side, I'll remember that one for my next visit

that is indeed one of the pros of sideburns, and also the full beard gets a bit boring after a while since you can't really either let it grow out or cut a shape into it without it looking hobo-ish, unless you wanna put in a lot of effort...

It's a look that's a hit with all the ladies.

And true. I actually can never let my beard grow to a point where it becomes styleable. It always gets to a point where it's just too itchy and annoys me beyond belief.

yeah that's a line you'd just need to cross, or maybe it will grow numb after years of shaving

I try to take off as much skin as I can each time I shave, so this will probably happen one day.
