Genesis only for Suppers Ready alone, not that Dillinger is bad. they are okey and impressive technique, but don't have the depth of Genesis (incompassing all eras )

The Dillinger Escape Plan by far! Genesis is boring outdated junk. Dont listen to old boring music, only modern music is good! hell yeah!

I don't get what the problem is. Dillinger are a good band, and I think, from what I've heard, Genesis are vastly overrated. However, don't feel I've heard enough material from either to vote.

Sooooo... I guess this poll is part of a huge trolling thing? Judging by other polls (Gentle Giant vs. Mastodon, Kansas vs. Maudlin of the Well, etc...), it seems that some people have too much free time on their hands.

it is not trolling, it is comparing the progressive music moovements from different decades, the decade where rock progressed or evolved, and the deaced where Metal progressed or evolved, it is al about the eyes who sees and ears that listens and those who care for evolution of music,
two bands from each own dacede that pushes the envelope of music and our perseption of what is persievd as music, in the 70s genesis were probably very chalanging in rock terms, in 00s dellinger E plan is challanging to the metal society

Yep. Just because they're two completely different bands (in sound), does not make it trolling. Hmm, this is quite difficult, but I probably haven't heard enough Genesis to vote.

lol it's trolling because you don't like one of the bands being mentioned in the poll and are amazed that someone could enjoy them more than your classic bands? This isn't 2006 anymore. There's a lot of people here who could care less about classic prog. Members should start realizing that.
