Seems that no prog band is more popular than Genesis.

Will that change in this poll?

There isn't really anyone who will beat Genesis for me... so voted for them

but Camel are wonderful
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

We can always try Pink Floyd as a last resort.

Hi,

Camel for me.

I gave up on Genesis an album or two after PG ... Camel still had a few fine albums after that time, and deserves a lot more appreciation for their music.

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

Camel.
I love the Genesis albums from Trespass to Wind and Wuthering, but then my interest wanes.
Camel made 5 stellar albums, then released one or two mediocre albums in the late 70s and early 80s, but then they came back with 4 stonkers in the 1990s/2000s. Overall, Camel have the strongest discography of any band for me.

I connect strongly to most of Camel's music, and to a few Genesis tracks. Happy to see that they are strongly appreciated these days.
