I like zuckerzeit...any bands that came out in the same time period with similar stuff? I know of Tangerine Dream. And how could Cluster not be on here???

I like the ambient sounds of prog sometimes, like some of ash ra tempel or TD or Jade Warrior...but just looking for something similar to Cluster

Conrad Schnitzler ex TD is well worth a listen especially the albums Blau and Rot. Also Michael Honig's Departure from the Northern Wasteland

Exactly...don't forget also Roedelius solo efforts and the albums of his super band HARMONIA...it's sometimes near to the record that you mentionned but far from Cluster first experimental era
