Review by b_olariu
3 stars Third album of this discret band and finaly thier swansong named Step beyond from 1998. Well, I like this band, they had solid musicianship and some pretty good albums, specially thir second one Belive. On step beyond the production is great, and aswell some great pieces here like opening title track, some more to check out are Turning page or the longest tune The embrace, very nice arrangements, prog metal with musical intricacies and very good voice. This album aswell like previous ones, are more towards the type of prog metal without unnecesarry show of on instrumental passages, all is well constructed. A band that is my opinion needed a more recognition, they are pretty good. 3.5 stars for this one, on same level with previous ones.
