5 stars This album is one of my best discoveries in years. Didn't know there were bands doing this type of music anymore. It's a rush of fresh air. Absolute creativity, of the type one expects in late 60's early 70's music by underground bands like Soft Machine, Caravan and King Crimson. It has a fusion air, with some winks to those times, but with an incredible strength, superb musicianship, and an endless stream of MUSIC, yes, in capital letters, altogether makes this instrumental album a timeless jewel. These guys master equally the quiet passages (not many) and the climax; one never stops getting new stuff into the ears, not even for a second. Multiple layers with continuous ins/outs of instruments, but done so wisely and brilliantly that one never gets startled. I was about to write this is for fans of KC or fusion, but anyone may like it, it is pure joy. A musical gem of modern times.
